Hey there!👋 I’m Kav. Short for Kavanagh – yes my first name. Kav In Awe is a play on words and pronunciation of my name! I was born and raised in the middle of the USA in Kansas. Which, fun fact is statistically flatter than a pancake.

So, after leaving college twice, and a 9-6 desk job last year, I am now on a journey to pursue my wildest goals and dreams. Some lofty goals, I know. But, without my big dreams and insane intuition (Pisces suns, anyone?) I wouldn’t be here. Neither would you (and if you’re reading this, thank you for being here!)
Beginning in 2024, after much trial and error, Kav In Awe was born. My hope for this space is to create and foster a community of love and support, for each and every one of us navigating life’s inevitable ups and downs. All while we continuously make space to notice all of the beautiful moments in life and fulfill our potential!
So, here I’ll share everything I have learned, experienced and continue to, while creating my dream from scratch and encouraging you to do the same.
